Moms Greek Salad

Greek Salad
Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil (cold pressed is best)
4 tsp lemon juice (fresh is always better)
1 ½ tsp dried leaf oregano
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Ingredients:
3 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 cucumbers, peeled, and chopped
1 small red onion or 2 green onions chipped
Feta cheese
Black olives
